Las Vegas has many holidays to look forward to celebrating.  Haunted Houses in Las Vegas are common as well as homes decorated across thousands of neighborhoods in Las Vegas.  Besides Halloween and Christmas, there's other popular holidays to celebrate in and around Las Vegas.  New Years and the 4th of July bring the shooting of fireworks, while Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day brings in the time of giving to that special loved one.  The Holiday Season is a time of joy across the Las Vegas area.
Let's start with New Years in Las Vegas.  Fireworks are always the big event surrounding New Years.  Besides the fireworks, enjoy the taste of New Years dinners across Las Vegas.  Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, and July 4th follow with a bang.  Las Vegas is the same as every city across the Nation, celebrating the holidays in every neighborhood across the city. Halloween is a special holiday of ghosts, monsters, vampires, witches, haunted houses, and more.  Besides all of the creepy decorated homes, you also get to enjoy the trick-or-treating that's done by all of the children.  Besides taking the kids out in and around Las Vegas, there's the giving out of candy that makes it fun as well.  Haunted Houses around the Las Vegas area also adds the joy of this particular holiday, Halloween.  Thanksgiving isn't too far behind Halloween, which is the joy of eating fabulous dinners prepared by residents of Las Vegas.  The Thanksgiving Turkey is the main dish of Thanksgiving and it has to be prepared several hours before it's eaten.  Besides the Turkey, there's several different eating options to choose from, so there's no skipping dinner for this Thanksgiving holiday.

Christmas is the time for giving and it's always filled with Rudolph and the Reindeers, Santa Claus and the Elves, the Snowman, and other exciting characters.  Santa comes at different times of the night during Christmas and most residents of Las Vegas will leave cookies and milk, some will leave other nice treats.  The main thing about Christmas is the giving of the presents, from family and friends, as well as Santa Claus.  The Christmas Tree is also exciting to pick out, large or small, with the Star on top.  Christmas time is so exciting for the kids but sometimes, it gets too commercialized.  The amount as well as the cost of presents never should matter, but sometimes the cost of presents can get into the hundreds making it difficult for any kid to get what they want.  After Christmas, sometimes it's difficult for any family to recover financially, so all Las Vegas families have to be careful of how much they spend during Christmas.  New Years Eve follows Christmas and this is the time to spend money on Fireworks.  Find Firework Displays all around Las Vegas.
